What is the sense of the tense
Can you review the past, present, present perfect and future tense simply?

You mean how you make those in Hindi or the explanation of what they mean?

Re: What is the sense of the tense
Yes a continuation of our previous discussion when I was trying to say:
"Will you help me speak hindi"
"I am going to speak hindi"
"Will you help me speak hindi"
"I am going to speak hindi"

Re: What is the sense of the tense
unfortunately, theres no easy way to review those all at once. They are each complex subjects. If you specify a fixed subject and a fixed verb it may be possible.

Re: What is the sense of the tense
If I is a woman
The verb is करना (to do) - The verb stem is कर
In hindi, there is no verb "to help". You "do the helping" / "do help" someone else. मदद करना
मैं आप की मदद करती हूँ I help you
मैं आप की मदद कर रही हूँ I am helping you
मैं आप की मदद करूँगी I will help you
मैं ने आप की मदद की I helped you
मैं ने आप की मदद की है I have helped you
मैं ने आप की मदद की थी I had helped you
Notice in the last three, the verb is not agreeing with मैं but with मदद. ने is what caused that. You can say that it blocks agreement with the "logical" subject.

Re: What is the sense of the tense
If "I" is a woman
The verb is जाना (to go) . The verb steb is जा
मैं दुकान जाती हूँ I go to the store
मैं दुकान जा रही हूँ I am going to the store
मैं दुकान जाूूँगी I will go to the store
मैं दुकान गई (गयी) I went to the store
मैं दुकान गई हूँ I have gone to the store
मैं दुकान गई थी I had gone to the store
Notice is all of these ने is not used. That is because going is a action you don't do to something else. You do it yourself.
Hindi divides verbs into two catergories for creating the past tense. For the most part it can be described as: Verbs you do to other things (hit, kill, throw, say, give, take) and verbs you do all by your self (walk, run, fly, go, swim, die, rise).
